I'm working on 150 a day (which is a PITA when a muffin at Perkins is 50 carbs) but the easiest way to do this is to not do fast food and to now eat crap food. I got on the scale at th...I'm with you brother! I got on the scale at the doctors office last year and weighed in at 313 lbs. So far this year I have shed 28 lbs just by changing what I eat and drink (no exercise). I'd like to shed another 50 lbs, which would get me back to what I weighed when I graduated High School back in 1974.
